Keeping all parties informed is essential in managing employee benefit programs.  As an advisor, we have a responsibility to make sure that both the employer and their employees are educated on benefit offerings.  Additionally, staying informed on legislative activities, wellness initiatives and human resource issues are important to understanding the bigger picture.  Following are some of the communication areas that we support our customers with:

  • Employers- Monthly and quarterly newsletters provides ongoing information to employers on recent employee benefit and human resource issues.  Additionally, we provide our clients with time-sensative updates on State and Federal legislative actual or proposed changes.   We also support employee satisfaction surveys, employment handbooks, benchmarking data, seasonal relevant communications and support on corporate wellness programs.  All of this and much more can be made available to our clients directly, via e-mail, or through a client specific web portal.   The information is distributed to them proactively and as specific needs arise.
  • Employees - Well-communicated plans are better received, no matter what they entail.   A below average benefit structure that is well communicated is better received than a better plan that is poorly communicated.  Tailor Made Benefit Solutions will help design and deliver open enrollment materials annually.  Additionally, we provide you with ongoing employee communications that include monthly Live Well Work Well newsletters, prevention focused periodicals,  seasonal relevant information and more.  The majority of our employee communication materials are available in both English and Spanish.
